Our Mission

Founded in 1973 by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, Saint Francis Home was created to provide an affordable, loving home and quality assisted care for older adults who have limited financial means. Saint Francis Home is a licensed Assisted Living Facility, and welcomes residents regardless of race, religion, or national origin.

Our Values

Resident care is based on the fundamental Catholic belief that human life is sacred and every person is precious. An essential aspect of our mission is to enhance the life and dignity of each of our residents. There is an on-site chapel, where Catholic Mass and non-Catholic religious services are held to address the spiritual needs of all of our residents.

Our Home

Saint Francis Home provides comprehensive services: housing, food, safety, medication management, and assistance with daily living needs. The Home goes above and beyond their duty to enable a connected and healthy older population through extracurricular activities and programs.
