Services we offer
The demand for quality assisted living services continues to grow. Saint Francis Home answers that demand by making effective use of the community resources available to it through its affiliation with the Catholic Diocese of Richmond
The original building, known as “Jordan Hall”, was built In the mid 1950’s and was occupied by the Comboni Sisters until 1973. The Comboni Sisters operated a maternity house for unwed pregnant women. When Saint Francis Home originally opened in 1973, Jordan Hall housed eight seniors and one Administrator. At times, the census in Jordan jumped to as many as eighteen seniors.
The Catholic Diocese of Richmond is affiliated with several quality residential adult care centers throughout Virginia. These properties offer multiple levels of assisted living, nursing care, and in some cases, on-site rehabilitation services.
